Try Ctrl+Shift+U and Ctrl+Shift+I. Same number of key presses, but you can
do them all at once. Anyway its a very simple job to whip up an add-in
expert that provides whatever keypresses you want the IDE to have, and if
you combined this with the OpenTools editor interfaces you can do some wild
stuff 8-)
