If you are logged into the server as administrator you can CTRL-ALT-DELETE
and look at the task manager to see which processes are running.  This is
the only way I know how.  Pragmatically or Programatically ??? Wouldn't know
how to code this...

i.e. I want to copy a new version of an exe to the testing server, but its
in use, anyway to get a listing saying "user1", "user3"?
