One labour saving lesson I have learnt with HP printers and software is:
Always, always check to see if there are later revisions and bug fixes for
their drivers and applications before you do anything else. If there are
then apply them first and see if the problem goes away.
I have wasted days looking for non existent bugs in our applications when
all that was needed was a driver upgrade.
