Not for your current tool set (always have source and migrating a source UP a
version is straightforward while migrating DOWN is not). However, when some
new tool comes along, from a developer with only latest/greatest then it becomes
issue. GLScene is one example - with a lot of effort from its community you can
get it most of it going in D4 - but certainly not lower down. Similarly to based on
frames and custom draw events.
