Just a thought - delphi is a great product with a pretty good following worldwide. Why not, rather than get us all depressed with discussions of piracy, moving to MS etc, communicate directly with Borland. Cannot imagine much coming of just griping about the relative NZ cost but possibly, with a concerted and well reasoned approach to Borland, before any product is actually moved, maybe, just maybe, they will see reason and reduce price. Or, if I am just pipe dreaming (seems a bit far fetched ... I mean, admitting a mistake ... who does that these days?)there seems little point in bitchin anyway. As someone said, Oracle negotiates on price. If its a really important issue, then have a go but lets not admit defeat yet.
