No it is not "non-standard" - doesn't everyone want to have a form
aligned to the client on the left?

But seriously - I think that the placement of the code for positioning
the status bar only called when the form is resized not when the
form tries to resize and fails - like when it is a set length. The position
of the status bar, on the other hand, is decided if it looks like it needs
to move - like when you try to reduce the length of the form. The
status bar positioning should happen when the form tries to resize
and not just when it actually resizes.
