Ug, I hate that control. I ended up writing my own version using a combo, a
speed button and the TMonthCalendar component.

Get this for "most annoying thing ever": While the Calendar portion of a
TDateTimePicker is navigatable by the arrow keys - the TMonthCalendar is
not.
