The URL you need is
http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/ieplatform/ie/comctrlx86.asp and this
contains the 4.01 and 5.0 ComCtrls updates. The only way to get the 5.5
commmon control update is to install IE 5.5 AFAIK.
