The Kylix "Desktop Developer" version is equivalent to Delphi
Professional version, with the only higher version being the "Server
Developer" version. It was recently able to be purchased here in Oz as
an UPGRADE at a "special" price of around A$1,450. I purchased a copy,
and you can imagine how happy I am to see it now sold at US$199. There's
a lesson to be learnt here.
