I have a TToolBar inside a TControlBar, the TToolBar is set to DragKind :=
dkDrag, and DragMode := dmAutomatic.
I'm noticing that if I click on a disabled TToolButton, the TToolBar
instantly undocks into a tool window. Why is this? Should I set DragMode
to dmManual and call BeginDrag myself for each and every TToolBar I have?
