That all makes sense - a couple of questions arise:
If you have Prepared a parameterised query, can you open it many times with
different parameters without having to Re-prepare?
How can you pass a wildcard to a parameter?

At this point I can't see a problem with Master/Detail, but things could
change rapidly once I get into this, so I'll keep your offer in mind.
