[DUG]: Writing to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE by non-administrator

When Delphi application is ran by non-administrator user on NT/2000 PC, it
cannot write to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE registry key.

Are there any tricks to get around this limitation ?
