I don't know of any Tapi components that are free and actually work...
I have done some work with Tapi but I ended up finding a component that sort
of worked and then converted a lot of my old VB code that worked and added
these together to make something that actually worked the way I wanted it
to.
Do a search on the Delphi sites for Tapi. You will find some stuff there.
Delphi32 is usually a good place to start.
Things like Tapi are not for the faint hearted.
