Had a scout around the site and found the relevant link to the pdf file.
Unfortunately when trying to download it, the file doesn't exist on the ftp
server I was redirected to.
Do you have a copy of the file you could e-mail to me?

(or .pdf), downloadable from www.qusoft.com has answers to many such
questions.
