Speaking of ethics, you look in the delphi\demos\resxplor directory on your
machine compile and run the demo and point it at whatever application you
might be interested in. An example would be microsofts showdocw.dll for IE
bitmaps.

Once you have the base material, I believe the Microsoft approach has always
been to make it slightly non-standard so you can  claim it as your own.
