You might want to check the ADO version is the same on both machines.

(One way to do this is by right-clicking on the msado15.dll, selecting
Properties then going to the Version tab.  Msado15.dll is usually in the
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\ado" folder.)

The latest MDAC version (~2.6) which includes ADO is available from
www.microsoft.com/data if required.
