Ooops please ignore my previous email.  It turns out that when I upgraded my pc one of the settings for our HTML component (NoDLL) was unset.

Subject: [DUG]: ILDA32.DLL

We have made some changes to our application and now it insists that ILDA32.dll is present on a machine.  This was fine for us because we had it installed but came as a surprise when were at a client site.  Does anyone have any idea what this DLL is for?  I had a look on the web but found nothing much on this dll.
