Got the solution to my problem ... finally.

Exactly! One would expect Boolean parameters to work normally, I mean
normally ... which wasn't the case ?!?! Apparently, Delphi/BDE/SQLLinks does
not support Boolean parameters with respect to Oracle. So, as soon as I
changed my Boolean out parameter to ftString and VARCHAR2 respectively, the
bloody thing started working! This cost me a day waisted and some grin shade
acquired on my face. But, hey ... I'm happier now.
