Hi Patrick
In regard to obtain the services of a contracting
firm in another part of the country. I support systems remotely for a number of
clients in various parts of the country. I am not an administrator and I
generally recommend that clients contract another local party to perform the
administration function if they do not have these service in-house; it is quite
easy to then develop a relationship with whoever is providing administration to
teach them whatever is required for installations, alternatively you can
generally talk someone who is fairly computer-literate thru the process - tools
such as Net Meeting can be used to view the users desktop during the "talk thru"
process. Maybe the installation process can be simplified.
If you are interested in seeking someone from
another part of the country, contact me privately to discuss.
Regards
Steve Galyer
