Most SMTP components I have come across will have a property to set whether
the email is HTML or plain text.

Im using IMS email components to SMTP an email. We send pdfs, htm
etc.
With txt and csv we allow the option of displaying the file in the
body and
this works well. With htm this should automatically display but
doesn't,
jpgs that make up the htm do. Copying the actual html into the
email body
fails also.
