[DUG]: Forms going "weird"

Has anyone come across the following situation:   I am working on a project - working with Forms all the time... Suddenly one (only one !) of the Forms decides to save itself as Binary - not Text. We always keep our Forms as Text and all the other Forms are Text - This 1 Form is binary and I can't get it back !!! View as Text, changing and saving it, I can't get it back to Text format.   Anyone any ideas, help, etc   TIA   Regards Paul McKenzie Analyst Programmer SMSS Ltd.
