Yes and yes.

A development/evaluation version comes with Clarion. Trying it from
Delphi now, it gives access to files, allows some to be updated, gives a
key violation error trying to update more complex files. Seems to be a
limited driver, intended for use by Crystal Reports and the like.

SoftVelocity, the suppliers of Clarion, have an announcement on their
website offering a new driver which 'now conforms to the ODBC 3.0
specification' and 'supports the ODBC Level 2 API (most of it).' Price
'From US$249'.
