It was stopped at our mail gateway, but ours stops almost anything that has an attachment - so I didn't believe it - cries wolf too often. So I'm glad I haven't requested the file from our gateway. Thanks for the warning.

The email Chris Veale [EMAIL PROTECTED] sent last night 2/10/2002 19:07 contained the new BugBear virus - which is really bad news - It passed through our email gateway virus software but was stopped by our desktop virus software ... lucky.
 
So if any of you opened it - it had an attachment "Computer Programming Timetable.doc.pif" that is automatically opened/run by outlook etc - you are now probably infected.
 
I am surprised that no-one else has notice this ..
