[DUG]: Interesting issue with Delphi 6 SP 2 and Windows 95

Has anyone else installed Service Pack 2 for Delphi and then found that even a simple Hello World app will not run on Windows 95, possibly Windows 98 version 1 and NT 4 SP 3 or less. (problem with Variants and DCOM installed on these versions of Windows).   I am only mentioning it because it has recently cropped up for us and we have found it an interesting one to solve.   Apparently Borland were doing a patch and it got to final beta, but they are not going to release it.   So to fix the issue you can do one of 3 things.   Upgrade to Delphi 7 as it apparently has the fix installed.
