[DUG]: Anybody used a VB Property Bag before?

I have to create a message in a MS Message Queue, with the body of the message set up as a VB Property Bag. The message will be read be a VB app.   I can create a message fine, but I do not know how to go about getting a VB Property bag set up.   Any ideas?   Dave.
