The concept of the STL really either requires a pre-processor or compiler support - neither of which is present directly in Delphi. From memory someone had done something with this - I think it was on this list a while ago.

As for Iterators/design patterns etc. I use them, but have to code them manually - or use a code generator.

Sadly not but many people try to emulate it using includes but it's just not the same.

we are learning about the c++ Builder STL at poly... a question was asked of me if Delphi has similar. 
 
Does it?
Does Delphi have iterators and deques and queues??? I cant find them in the help.
