I unzipped (including DLLs) to c:\b4win and ran this test: I selected New Zip, c:\test, then browsed to a tree on my D: drive, selected on one subfolder, then clicked WriteToZip. You can see my settings and the (only) selected files in the attached screenshot, plus the error message which resulted ("temporary file failure").
