I have a TQuery (IB6 DB via BDE) that recieves a
Parameter (String Input Parameter)
I have set up the TParam - Input String
etc
The TQuery will only allow me to have 1 or 2
characters in the string, no more
this is at both design and run time.
If I put the string directly into the TQuery
strings - all is well
but if I try a string > 2 chars -
bang!
"General SQL Error"
"Arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string
truncation"
I have tried deleting and re-adding the SQL, the
parameters, the string value, etc
All to no avail.
