Unfortunitly the site is at the other end of the country... We are going to try installing Terminal Server here and see if we can reproduce the problem I was just hoping some else had done something like this :-)

I imagine you don't have Delphi installed on the server at the moment, but you could. Then you'd hopefully be able to see what was going on before the app locks up.
