As far as I know the
non-proportional fonts are those that have no symbol next to them in the font
dialog. It's probably not that hard to
determine this programmatically, but at this time I haven't given any thought to
how you would do this. Maybe someone else could answer this for
you.
About the O-symbol, I really don't have a clue, but maybe these
are outline-capable fonts?
