Hi all,

Our 2002 Diploma in Applied Software Engineering course winds up tomorrow,
and from a starting lineup of 16 there are about 8 graduates who I believe
can cut the mustard in the real world.

All are thoroughly grounded in Delphi and the Borland culture. They've had
a good taste of SQL Server, a modicom of analysis and design, and a dabble
in VB and other odds and ends. Abilities range from acceptable to
outstanding, ages from 18 to mid 30s. Quite a few have abilities in other
spheres and are hoping to change careers.

So if anyone is looking for a capable trainee programmer in the coming year
please email me directly (after Jan 24). I can give you a frank and
confidential appraisal of individual abilities, having worked with these
people for the whole year.
