It's
XP that's causing the problem; doesn't have anything to do with DCUs,
etc.
If you
do a newsgroup search (e.g. Google Group search looking for newsgroups with
*delphi* in them), you will find a lot of postings relating to your
problem.
Most
of the suggested solutions relate to where the DLL is located, and this sounds
like it may be a problem for you. The simplest one suggested (not tested
by me) is that the DPR and the DLL should be in the same
place.
Sounds
like you're stuck between a rock and a hard place, so only you can make the call
as to which suggested solution will work for you.
