Hi all, I've got an app that runs fine on a Win-9x what I would like to run on a Win-XP. It uses a Paradox database (don't run away please, hang in!) and connects nicely on the XP machine using a local dbase. As soon as I assign the dbase to a location over the network (e.g. path = M:\) it falls over. That is to say, tables are opened one by one and at some tables (the ones with a secondary index) it falls over with the message:
Index does not exist. Index: ByDistrict Note that ByDistrict is an existing secondary index for that table. Again, with the same dbase on the local drive it works fine. Must be an XP related issue I suppose? Any ideas???? Thanks for any help. John
