Thanks but I have to use JPEG as the receptor is using JPEG. The image needs to
be resized, then replicated with same JPEG format.
I will use an alternative to Bitmap (another VCL) as since posting this mail I
recalled a few years ago when I was writing Camsnap for converting Camcorder
images to single frames that I had a similar problem which was fixed by using
FastBMP or similar.
Will report back later.
