I had actually done the sleep call later ;-) and it certainly made a diff to resource
use. But
still did not get over the Idle event which would, if it was working allow me to
use the sleep(xx) check event.
If anyone knows how to get OnIdle to work outside the Mainform PLEASE let me
know.
