Paul, one good techneque I have used for really small files is actually
IN the exe it self (as part of the resource data), then I just pull them
out as I need them.
This means, no files need to be hidden on the Harddrive and no admin
issues.
It works well for me....just remember to clean the file up afterwards
;-)

Make it a requirement for the user to have administration rights for
installation. Common with a lot of applications now days.  Especially
since win 2000.
