Dear Ben I reckon you should avoid having more than a few words in each item of your radio group. They certainly shouldn't wrap. I am not sure what Tog would say but I don't think its good design myself :).
That said, if you have your heart set on it, try putting some caption-less radio buttons on a panel and put some labels next to them.
