Thanks. Just got to checking my emails. I had already done a google search for it (I almost always do before posting here). I had not done a newsgroup search, it took me three different search wordings but I got a result...
1. Heaps of people have had the same problem I have. It seems to be a D5+ issue. 2. There are very few solutions, one is use packages (not applicable) and the other appears to be to do your own message handling. I will give it a go.
