[DUG]: Hotmail Email Viewer

Does anyone know how to build a email viewer which views email from a 
hotmail account in delphi?
I kinda figure that there is possibly alot of encryption with hotmail so its 
possibly better to read from a isp email account instead.

Is it better or easier for me to read from a isp email account?

Anyone know?
