Already have quite a good regex parser (although always happy to find a better one if it's part of a larger library). Apart from regex, I was thinking of routines like PHP's explode, implode, similar_text etc, also something with optimised search and replace, possibly xml and html handling routines etc.
Haven't done the internet sweep yet, just thought I would see if anyone had one they could recommend.
