Assuming defaults, it's C:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi for .NET Preview\source\rebuild.bat

I take it the batch file is in the Delphi .NET preview folder somewhere?

There is a batch file to recompile all the library stuff, I installed Framework 1.1, ran the batch file and everything worked sweet. That was with preview version 3, but it should not matter.
