I have never really used Factory Methods before, so I have done some
research on the net tonight.
The Delphi Informant has a really good article on Interfaces and
Classes.
I def. think this will be the way to go.

Create a factory method that reads an INI file and creates the
appropriate class for the device that you are trying to read.
