No I dont get the error when "I" test it, but then we have new 
networking cable in this building.
I KNOW its a hardware issue as we can try to connect to the SQL Server 
and we will get "General Network Error"....thats pretty a convincing 
error. Thats from the MSSQL Management Consule too.
