I think you can change some of the default windows font sizes and icon sizes and form
top sizes and so on. Not big / small fonts, but 10 point to 14 point or whatever. I
know for certain you can change the Delphi environment font sizes. I had to do this
myself because I couldn't use big fonts, and I've got my resolution cranked right up.
It looked funny for a while, but now I'm used to it.
