All that I can see is on http://bdn.borland.com/ where John Caster says "The current public newsgroup server problems are the result of both software glitches and hardware failures. We are working to resolve both issues as soon as possible, and apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience." So I guess we'll just have to wait...
