One method is to check that at least some of the items are correct eg allowing a
change of MOB and CPU, but not HD and so on.
I just use the HDserialnumber and usually allow my users an upgrade or two when
they advise they have changed their HD or blown it. When they get to 3 HD you
start to get suspicious!
