Is port 3050 open on your firewall? Those are TCP/IP errors i.e. the network requests cannot get to the desired destination. Nothing to do with FB per-se.

Failed to establish a connection. unknown Win32 error 10061. I have tried with 192.xxx.x.xxx:3050:C:\Program Files\Firebird\DB\<filename>.fdb and various other cokmbinatio0ns, so far without success.
