Nothing helps
you learn a new technology like practical application.
Come along to the Delphi® technical seminar, where we will dive into
the new database architecture (DBX4) in Delphi 2007. By seeing various
techniques for migrating from existing Borland Database Engine (BDE)
applications, we will further deepen your knowledge of the architecture
of the framework and demonstrate how to take full advantage of it in
your own applications.
And if you're
migrating from BDE, perhaps its time we showed you the newest member of
our product family, Blackfish SQL. Blackfish SQL is a very slick, easy
to use, easy to integrate database engine that is the ultimate in
deployment simplicity. And it comes in the box!
After a short
break we will be back with a sneak preview of the next Delphi release,
primarily centred around Delphi.NET.
Our last
session will be an in-depth look at one of the new technologies that
will be released with the new Delphi RAD Studio product, Generics. This
technology, also known as parameterized types, will have an enormous
impact on how future code is written, especially collection code.
So leave your
CIO and IT Manager at the office, this seminar is for you, the hands on
developer. It's not for the technical light weight - so if you are a
hard core Delphite code monkey, this is the seminar for you!
