Well, to be perfectly honest, and I will most likely get a slap on the wrist for saying this publicly, while we support the Compact Framework with the Delphi .Net compiler, the licensing and tech issues of providing all of the designers, emulators etc just to end up with something comparable to what MS have in VS is frankly not that compelling a business case. However, something different i.e. Native compilation to ARM is much more of an interesting prospect....disclaimer: I am not saying in this post that this will happen, there is lot's of investigation work and analysis to be done. But I will admit to you that it is under active consideration.
