You mean RAD Studio 2007 now :-) Although you can still purchase Delphi
on its own, which is a bit weird, but understandable.
Why is it weird?
Because logically, the latest Win32 Delphi is RAD Studio, so why
purchase D2007 and get a prior one? I expect all new updates will be
issued for RAD Studio, I would be surprised if they released any more
updates for D2007. It is like saying why purchase D2006 when you can
purchase D2007 - in some cases there are sensible reasons (whole team is
D2006 and want to keep consistent, need .NET 1.1, something like that),
but I wouldn't expect it to be a "normal" purchase going forward (and
would personally warn people against doing so).
